I went into medicine because I wanted to help people. After suffering a trauma myself, I experienced the true power of the doctor-patient relationship from the patient perspective. I chose neurology because I find the central nervous system and the diseases that affect it to be fascinating. The central nervous system is one among the final frontiers of science!
